What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Answer inbound calls from members and providers, providing high-level customer service
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize caller needs, questions, and concerns
• Maintain customer satisfaction by formulating plans of resolution and responding efficiently
• Document information accurately using computer systems for tracking and troubleshooting

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma
• Prior experience in a customer service-related field preferred
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively
