We're looking for an experienced full-time Customer Service Assistant to provide outstanding customer support to our online customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling order and delivery related enquiries
- Answering product related questions & providing tailored advice
- Responding to social media messages, emails and comments
- Making amendments to customer orders
- Proactively solving customer issues
- Cooperating with our logistics center
- Putting forward ideas to improve customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ year experience working in a customer service role for an ecommerce company
- Comfortable using a range of platforms to resolve queries (Shopify, Gorgias, ClickUp, Google Drive)
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets
- Strong written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to collaborate well within a team
- Available to work UK time zone and at weekends
- Ideally you will have a passion for beauty & wellness products
- Friendly, empathetic and understanding
