- Analyze and document customer interaction and transaction scenarios
- Review and improve peer-generated deliverables for AI research quality
- Provide structured insights on service operations and customer handling
- Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in documentation
- Strong experience in counter service, rentals, or customer-facing operations
- Strong understanding of transaction handling and customer service workflows
