Customer Experience Team Member Repsonsibilities:

  • Prepares quotations and processes orders and returns
  • Serves customers by providing product and service information, and resolving product and service problems
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions, and suggesting information about other products and services
  • Facilitates opening new customer accounts
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Maintains financial accounts by requesting customer adjustments
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Degree preferred
  • Previous experience, especially in customer service, preferred


This position is hybrid in office or remote and based out of pewag Inc. headquarters in Bolingbrook, IL, and works Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm, with some occasional work outside those hours. Our benefits program includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as disability and travel accident insurance. pewag offers a 401k retirement plan, with a company contribution up to 3% of your base salary.
