This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Experience Manager located in the Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area. The Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for maintaining high customer satisfaction scores, ensuring outstanding customer interactions, and handling inquiries across various channels. Additional responsibilities include analyzing customer feedback, identifying process improvements, and developing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery is a key part of this role.
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience methods and strategies
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Proven Analytical Skills to efficiently evaluate customer feedback and improve processes
- Problem-solving and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) platforms is an asset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience
- Previous experience in retail, esports, or related industries is a plus
