Our client in the home care retail industry is hiring a Creative Strategist!
The role
We’re looking for a high-level Creative Strategist to own and scale our paid social creative engine across Meta and TikTok. This is not a support role. You will be responsible for consistently developing, launching, and iterating high-performing ad creatives that drive revenue. You’ll operate at the intersection of consumer psychology, storytelling, and performance marketing — turning insights into concepts, and concepts into scalable winners.
This role is ideal for someone who has already worked inside a fast-growing DTC brand or agency and knows what it takes to produce creatives that don’t just look good but convert and scale.
What You’ll Own
Creative Strategy & Ideation
- Deeply understand our core customer (30–60 yr old women, homeowners, pet owners), their motivations, anxieties, desires, and buying triggers
- Continuously analyze competitors and category trends to identify gaps, angles, and opportunities
- Translate insights into original, high-conviction ad concepts (hooks, angles, narratives, formats)
- Develop multiple distinct angles per product, not just variations of the same idea
Execution & Production
- Write clear, compelling scripts optimized for short-form performance
- Direct UGC creators and video editors with strong creative briefs and feedback loops
- Ensure each asset meets a high bar for pacing, retention, clarity, and emotional impact
- Take ownership of the full creative lifecycle from idea to final output
Performance & Iteration
- Analyze creative performance across Meta & TikTok (CTR, hook rate, hold rate, CPA, etc.)
- Identify what’s working (and why), and systematically iterate on winning concepts
- Kill underperforming creatives quickly and double down on scalable angles
- Build a repeatable system for generating and testing new ideas at speed
What Success Looks Like
- Consistent output of high-quality, performance-driven creatives week over week
- Regular identification and scaling of winning ad concepts
- Clear creative direction that improves overall account performance (not just isolated wins)
- A structured, repeatable creative testing and iteration process
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record of creating and scaling high-performing Meta and/or TikTok ads
- Experience working with UGC-driven brands and creators
- Strong understanding of what makes creative “convert”
- Experience targeting middle-aged female audiences (home, cleaning, fragrance, or premium/lifestyle products is a strong plus)
- Deep understanding of consumer psychology and direct-response marketing
- Strong copywriting and storytelling ability
- Comfortable working with data and translating performance into actionable insights
