Job Title: Creative Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Creative Project Manager to lead end-to-end creative initiatives across multiple channels. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, process, and creativity—partnering closely with internal creative teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality work on time and within scope. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, brings structure to creative workflows, and excels at stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end creative projects across digital, print, video, and brand channels—from intake and scoping through delivery and launch
- Partner closely with creative teams (designers, writers, video producers) to define project timelines, workloads, dependencies, and review cycles
- Own project plans, schedules, resourcing, and status reporting to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope
- Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and creative teams, aligning expectations and managing feedback effectively
- Enforce creative processes, workflows, and SLAs while continuously identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability
- Proactively identify project risks, resolve issues, and manage scope changes in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Required Experience & Skills
- 3–6+ years of project management experience within a creative agency or in-house creative team
- Strong understanding of creative development workflows and production timelines
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Comfortable balancing creative flexibility with structure, priorities, and deadlines
