Title: Creative Producer
Location: Remote
Duration: 2 months (possible extension or conversion)
Job Description: Creative Producer to support our internal agency on integrated brand and marketing campaigns across film, photo, digital, social, OOH, and emerging platforms.
Job Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end production across video and photo projects
Partner with Creative, Strategy, Marketing, Legal, and external vendors
Translate concepts into actionable production plans, scopes, and budgets
Manage RFPs, crews, timelines, and delivery across multiple platforms
Support pitch development and production strategy as needed
Ensure brand and storytelling alignment throughout execution
Operate confidently on set and in fast-moving, high-visibility environments
Minimum Qualifications
Agency and/or integrated production experience
Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns
Strong vendor management and budget oversight skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Comfort working independently while embedding into internal teams
Ability to balance creative ambition with operational rigor
Willingness to travel as needed
Real estate or lifestyle storytelling experience is a plus.
Will be managing projects independently and working with the creative team and ensure day-to-day projects are met.
MUST HAVES:
7+ years’ experience
Experience w/edits and hitting deadlines, ensure various creative milestones are hit. Will be the driving force as well as the liaison with external production companies.
Knows the ins and outs of projects, how an edit works, general time lines, etc.
Must be able to work independently. As this need is short term, must hit the ground running and able to jump right in.
Know Google Suites.
Must have a portfolio or links to projects or campaigns
Prior experience with a tech company is STRONGLY DESIRED (Preferred)
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Premier, After Effects and/or Figma are all strongly desired but not required.
