Our client is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new business growth in the EMEA region. This role is responsible for identifying and closing new enterprise-level opportunities, managing key client relationships, and expanding our client’s presence across diverse industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong SaaS sales background, experience in enterprise solution selling, and a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new enterprise sales opportunities in EMEA.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, finance leaders, and key decision-makers.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales development teams to generate leads and build pipeline.
- Conduct consultative sales engagements, understanding client needs and positioning our client’s solutions effectively.
- Manage complex sales cycles, including contract negotiations and deal structuring.
- Stay informed on EMEA tax compliance regulations and industry trends to advise customers effectively.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS or B2B software sales experience, preferably in tax compliance, fintech, or ERP solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas in EMEA markets.
- Strong consultative sales skills with experience selling to CFOs, tax professionals, and IT leaders.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with long sales timelines.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven sales methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel across EMEA as needed.
