Our client is seeking a Senior Copywriter to support a high-volume Creative Services team within a leading healthcare and telehealth organization. This role is a hands-on contract copywriter position focused on delivering clear, compelling, and on-brand content across a wide range of channels. The ideal candidate is both creative and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
You Will:
- Write and edit high-quality copy across email campaigns, blogs, social media, landing pages, and advertising
- Develop headlines, messaging, and long-form content aligned to campaign strategy
- Partner closely with designers, creative leadership, and marketing stakeholders
- Adapt tone and voice across B2B, B2C, and B2B2C audiences
- Support rebranding initiatives and asset migration efforts
- Proofread and ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand alignment across all deliverables
- Manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Incorporate feedback quickly and apply learnings across projects
- Utilize AI tools to support drafting, ideation, and content refinement
You Have:
- 5–7+ years of professional copywriting experience in agency or in-house environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, web, print, and campaign work
- Ability to write across multiple formats including short-form and long-form content
- Experience adapting voice and tone across different audiences and industries
- Exceptional attention to detail in editing and proofreading
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Comfort using AI-assisted writing tools such as Copilot or Grammarly
- Bachelor's degree preferred, Associate's degree with experience considered
- Healthcare or telehealth experience is a plus
Logistics:
- Start Date/Duration: Starting Mid-May through the end of 2026 and likely extended
- Hours/Week: 20–40 Hours/Week (30 avg.)
- Onsite/Offsite: Remote, EST hours preferred (Must be US-based)
