Accountabilities

- Support compliance prevention efforts by interpreting regulations, providing guidance, and assisting with policy, procedure, and training development.
- Collaborate with business owners to ensure proper implementation of regulatory and contractual requirements across operations.
- Assist in reviewing regulatory updates and communicating their impact to internal stakeholders and compliance teams.
- Conduct audits, monitoring activities, and data analysis to identify compliance risks and ensure program effectiveness.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership based on compliance and operational data.
- Investigate compliance issues through root cause and gap analysis, supporting corrective action planning and remediation.
- Maintain accurate documentation of compliance activities, audit findings, and corrective action plans.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, including participation in regulatory meetings and discussions.
This role requires strong compliance expertise within healthcare or government-funded programs, combined with analytical, regulatory, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory, or audit-related roles, including exposure to government healthcare programs.
- Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, Marketplace, and related regulatory frameworks.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards for managed care and FDR entities (CMS, HHS, DOI, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify compliance risks.
- Experience supporting audits, monitoring activities, and corrective action processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage leadership and regulatory stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Certifications such as CHC or CCEP are preferred, and clinical licensure is a plus for certain roles.
