The HoM Club is our newest initiative, a leadership gym where managers can recharge, reconnect, and grow stronger together.
Your mission:
We’re launching the HoM Club and looking for an experienced, hands-on Marketing & Growth Manager to bring it to life.
Your challenge: build further awareness on existing presence, attract members, and create a movement that helps managers avoid burnout and rediscover joy at work.
You will do:
- Design and implement the HoM Club marketing plan (launch + growth phase)
- Build and manage campaigns across LinkedIn and Instagram
- Create and optimise content, lead magnets, and email sequences
- Engage with the community and share stories that connect emotionally (Slack)
- Analyse metrics and adjust strategies to keep growth authentic and sustainable
- Collaborate closely with the founders to shape the brand voice and member experience
We are looking for:
We’re looking for someone experienced, curious, and ready to build. You know what works, but you’re not afraid to experiment and make an impact.
You’ll fit right in if you:
- Have 2–4 years of experience in marketing, community or membership building, social media management
- Know how to grow visibility and engagement on LinkedIn and Instagram
- "You are not afraid of working in a start up mode": Enjoy turning ideas into action, planning, posting, engaging, improving.
- Care deeply about helping people stay strong, avoid burnout, and have fun leading again
- Work independently but thrive in collaboration
- Write clearly and creatively in English and French
Bonus points if you:
- Understand leadership development, coaching, or wellbeing-based content
- Bring ideas that make work more human, engaging, and sustainable
