Seeking an experienced communications and training content specialist to own OCM execution across two concurrent Oracle Finance platform implementations Freeform (FP&A reporting) and Oracle ARCS (account reconciliation). This is a hands-on, production-focused role supporting PST hours, responsible for creating all stakeholder communications, training materials, video walkthroughs, SharePoint content, and forum deliverables for Finance audiences.
This is a 40-hour per week, 5-month contract (possible extension), a remote role.

Responsibilities
Develop and produce stakeholder communications including newsletters, announcements, and go-live messaging.
Draft communications for senior leadership and manage review and sign-off cycles.
Manage OCM content calendar and stakeholder surveys (MS Forms).
Design and maintain training materials including decks, process guides, QRGs, FAQs, and instructor-led content.
Create video tutorials and system walkthroughs using Microsoft Stream/Clipchamp.
Design role-based training curriculum for different user groups.
Build and maintain SharePoint project sites, including content, permissions, and structure.
Maintain content across all project phases ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Prepare and facilitate Change Agent Network sessions and stakeholder meetings.
Build and maintain adoption tracking dashboards and readiness assessments.
Support change documentation and resistance tracking.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Communications, Instructional Design, Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
3+ years of experience in instructional design, corporate communications, training content development, or change management content production.
Experience creating communications or training content for Finance, accounting, or FP&A audiences.
Strong instructional design skills and experience building role-based training content.
Strong written communication skills with attention to visual presentation.
Meticulous attention to detail in content accuracy and formatting.
Experience with SharePoint (site design, content management, permissions).
Experience with Microsoft Stream/Clipchamp and PowerPoint.
Experience facilitating meetings with senior stakeholders.
Strong time management and ability to manage multiple deliverables in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience in OCM or change management with ADKAR or similar methodology.
Certifications: Prosci, ACMP, ATD CPTD, or equivalent.
Experience supporting Oracle EPM implementations (Freeform, ARCS, Essbase).
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
Experience supporting Change Agent Networks or champion programs.
Background in retail, consumer goods, or multi-brand Finance environments.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Experience managing content across concurrent programs.
