Who We Are:
We're a team of undergraduates, graduates, and PhD mentors who support students from coast to coast in high-end Tutoring, PSAT/SAT/ACT Test Prep, and College Counseling. Our coaches host 1:1 60 Min Lessons and drive tailored roadmaps to completion for student success. Students join us for pre-paid packages of anywhere between 5 Hours - 75 Hours, and coaches choose to accept or reject match requests provided to them by our administrative team.
Once a coach accepts a student, that coach is expected to complete the allotted package time and proactively manage the student's scheduling and success.
Academic Tutoring:

We offer concept reviews, subject learning, homework assistance, and assessment preparation for every subject under the sun. Coaches are not expected teach every subject; however, they are expected to support in areas of expertise.
PSAT/SAT/ACT Test Prep:
Our coaches create tailored lesson plans, based on students' diagnostic score reports, to provide subject-learning, time management strategies, and test tips and improve scorelines for top-tier admissions.
College Counseling:
We assist G8-12 students in everything from academic planning, extracurricular development, and admissions applications - including essay-writing and scholarships for the UC App, CSU App, Common App, and Independent Apps, eg MIT. Our admissions results include the Ivy League, the UCs, and top schools like CMU, Caltech, and Stanford.

Why Us? Competitive Pay, Meaningful Results, and Flexible Availability:
We pay $30 / Hour on a semi-monthly basis. Lessons completed on the 1st - 15th are paid on the last day of the month. Lessons done on the 16th - 31st are paid on the 15th of the following month.
Our students get results, but they need your help. We support students with every size goal, and our results speak for themselves. That being said, our students are only successful because of coaches' thoughtful guidance and active outreach.
Our coaches love flexible availability. You can set your schedule, as long as it leads to student success. Students are at school until ~4PM, and while you are free to choose your hourly availability, we do expect you to deliver by accommodating students. You will be working with children whose parents want the best for them.
The best coaches are not the brightest or most personally accomplished; they are the most communicative.
