About Arden Coaching

Arden Coaching partners with senior leaders and organizations to drive meaningful behavior change and stronger leadership performance.

We provide executive coaching, leadership development programs, and team-based work that helps leaders operate with greater clarity, accountability, and impact. Our work is practical, direct, and grounded in real-world application, not theory.

For nearly 20 years, we’ve supported leaders across industries in navigating complexity, leading teams more effectively, and improving how their organizations operate.

We’re a small, high-performing team that practices the same principles we bring to our clients: ownership and responsibility, accountability, assuming positive intent, respect and appreciation, continual improvement, and taking joy in serving others.

We hold a high bar for excellence and rigor, while also valuing energy, humor, and a genuine enjoyment of the work. We offer a dynamic and supportive environment, competitive compensation, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a highly organized, execution-focused operator to join Arden Coaching as a Client Success Program Coordinator.

At Arden, we help leaders become more effective, more self-aware, and more impactful. Behind that work is a set of systems, processes, and operational discipline that ensures every engagement runs smoothly. This role sits at the center of that.

If you love building systems that actually work, keeping leaders and teams focused, and making sure all the trains run on time, read on.

In this role, you will own the administrative and coordination work behind coaching engagements, leadership programs, and client delivery. You will also support coordination from late-stage sales through contract execution, helping ensure deals move cleanly into active engagements.

You’ll keep systems accurate, materials current, and workflows moving.

This is not a strategic or client advisory role. It is an execution role with real ownership and high standards.

In This Role You Will

Client Success Coordination (Primary Focus)

· Set up and maintain coaching engagements in Monday.com

· Track engagement progress, sessions, and milestones

· Facilitate client assessments (e.g., DiSC), including setup, distribution, tracking, and follow-up

· Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date boards

· Monitor pacing and flag delays, risks, and inconsistencies

· Send reminders and manage follow-ups

· Support logistics for workshops and leadership programs

· Maintain organized, current client and program documentation

Materials & Systems Management

· Maintain decks, templates, and client-facing materials

· Ensure version control, accuracy, and accessibility

· Keep shared drives and systems clean and current

Sales & Commercial Support (Light Support)

· Support coordination of engagements from late-stage sales through contract execution

· Help gather and organize client-required information and documentation

· Track outstanding items and follow-ups to ensure deals progress smoothly

· Coordinate with internal teams to support timely contract readiness

· Set up and manage outreach sequences as directed

· Support event logistics for webinars, conferences, and workshops

· Maintain sales collateral and shared libraries

AI & Process Improvement (Practical Application)

· Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to support day-to-day work

· Improve workflows using prompts, templates, and light automation

· Identify repetitive tasks that can be streamlined

· Stay current on tools that can meaningfully improve efficiency

Who Should Apply

You have 2–4 years in an administrative, operations, or coordination role and are known for being organized, reliable, and detail-oriented. You can manage multiple workflows without dropping things and communicate clearly and professionally.

You are proactive, solutions-oriented, and take ownership of your work. You don’t wait to be told what’s broken, you notice and fix it.

You are comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office, Monday.com, and collaboration platforms, and you adapt quickly to new systems.

You are already using AI tools in your work or personal life. You don’t need to be an expert, but you’re curious, capable, and interested in using them to make work more efficient. Bonus points if you’re an AI power user who enjoys applying tools in practical ways to improve workflows and reduce manual work.
