As one of Europe’s leading Group Purchasing Organizations, we give hospitality clients the supplier relationships, data, and procurement tools to reduce costs and operate more efficiently. This role sits at the centre of that, owning a portfolio of clients in the Netherlands, growing it, and supporting new business alongside.
As Client Relationship Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of hospitality clients across the Netherlands, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor. This is a people‑focused, commercially driven role for someone with a hospitality background, using insight‑led conversations to deepen relationships, drive value, and support sustainable growth.
✅ What you’ll be doing
- Own and develop a portfolio of hospitality clients, building relationships that go beyond a contract
- Identify growth opportunities within your accounts, new categories, new sites, deeper engagement
- Use purchasing data to find savings your clients haven’t spotted, and present them in a way that lands
- Lead client reviews that are commercially sharp
- Support new business through referrals, prospect engagement, and market intelligence
- Keep Salesforce accurate and feed insights back into the wider team
🔎What we’re looking for (Essential)
- Experience in account management or commercial roles, hospitality, food service, or procurement background preferred
- Commercial instinct: you spot opportunities, follow through, and close
- Clear communicator in Dutch and English; French or German is an advantage
- Self-directed, organised, and comfortable managing your own pipeline
