This is a part-time remote role for a Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO will oversee daily operations and implementation of strategic business plans. Key responsibilities include managing organizational processes, supporting financial planning and budgeting, and enhancing operational efficiency. The COO will collaborate with other leaders to foster growth across departments and markets.
- Proven expertise in Business Planning and Operations Management
- Strong Analytical Skills for decision-making and problem-solving
- Experience in Finance and Budgeting to manage financial performance effectively
- Exceptional leadership and team collaboration skills
- Excellent organizational, strategic thinking, and communication abilities
- Familiarity with franchise business models is a plus
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
