Executive Assistant → Operator (0→1 Builder Track)
Aline is hiring a high-potential, high-agency individual to work directly with our head of Revenue (Nick) on building and scaling a fast-growing company.
This is not an assistant role in the traditional sense. This is an apprenticeship in operating. You’ll start by helping me stay organized and move fast, but very quickly take on real ownership across sales, customer experience, operations, and strategic projects. The goal is simple: turn you into a true operator who can run parts of the business independently.
You’ll see everything—how deals get done, how customers are won and retained, how systems are built, and how decisions are made under pressure.
What you’ll do:
- Drive execution across deals, customers, and key projects
- Sit in on high-stakes calls and turn discussion into action
- Build and refine internal systems, workflows, and playbooks
- Take ownership of initiatives and eventually run them end-to-end
What I’m looking for:
- Extremely sharp, fast learner, and highly organized
- Relentless ownership and bias toward action
- Clear, concise communicator with strong judgment
- Comfortable in ambiguity; figures things out without hand-holding
- Wants to become an operator, founder, or leader long-term
