Sports Tech Systems is a start-up building a content and app business modernizing how people are entertained, learn and improve in sports. We are hiring a Chief Marketing Officer to own growth end-to-end. We aim for rapid subscriber growth in a new category.


This key role is responsible for building a diversified growth engine across organic, paid, brand, and partnerships. Need to be skilled in authority-driven discovery, including AI search.

Deep experience scaling organic and paid DTC, from early traction to scale, a plus if in sports or fitness • Must b

e especially adept at leveraging content based socials, paid omnichannel campaigns and ai search optimization • Requir

ed minimum 10-15 years experience

• Best candidates will have demonstrated proof of adaptable, out-of-box DTC marketing skillset

• Detailed knowledge of data analytic marketing tool, costs by channel and budget implementation

• Eagerness to operate in early stage, high growth environment, working side by side with founders
