Chief Human Resources Officer


A rapidly growing, private equity-backed healthcare services organization is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join its executive leadership team. This organization operates a multi-site, people-centric model and is experiencing expansion through organic growth and acquisitions.


The CHRO will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, leading the development and execution of a comprehensive human capital strategy to support the company’s next phase of growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a forward-looking HR strategy aligned with business objectives and growth initiatives
  • Partner with executive leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, culture, and employee engagement
  • Lead talent acquisition and retention strategies across a distributed, multi-location workforce
  • Oversee leadership development, succession planning, and performance management programs
  • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
  • Support integration of acquired organizations, including cultural alignment and HR systems/processes
  • Lead a high-performing HR team capable of scaling with the organization


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a senior HR executive (CHRO, SVP, or VP of HR) within a multi-site or services-based organization
  • Experience in healthcare, veterinary services, hospitality, or other people-intensive industries preferred
  • Demonstrated success supporting high-growth environments, including M&A integration
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence at the executive and board level
  • Track record of building scalable HR infrastructure and driving cultural alignment across distributed teams
  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
