Role Overview
We are building a next-generation wellness company—one that goes far beyond weight loss to encompass longevity, metabolic health, functional medicine, and high-performance living.
This role will architect and lead the marketing strategy across a multi-brand ecosystem, including:
- PHD Weight Loss (core revenue engine)
- Dr. Ashley Wellness (supplements / clinical authority)
- OsteoCollective (specialized care offering)
- Personal brands of Dr. Doug Lucas & Dr. Ashley Lucas (audience growth + authority platforms)
The Chief Growth and Brand Officer will be responsible for driving scalable growth, building a cohesive brand architecture, and maximizing lifetime value across all business lines.
This is a builder role, not a maintainer.
Key Outcomes
The CGBO will be accountable for:
Revenue Growth
- Increased lead volume, conversion rates, and LTV across all brands
- Clear attribution of marketing performance to revenue
Unified Brand Ecosystem
- Defined relationship between all brands (who serves what, when, and how they connect)
- Strategic cross-selling and client journey mapping
Audience Expansion
- Significant growth of founder-led audiences (social, email, content platforms)
- Strong top-of-funnel authority positioning in wellness & longevity
Marketing Infrastructure
- Scalable systems for paid media, organic content, CRM, and funnel optimization
- Clean reporting dashboards tied to business KPIs
Team & Vendor Leadership
- High-performing internal team and/or agency ecosystem
- Clear accountability and execution cadence
Core Responsibilities
1. Multi-Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Define the brand architecture across all companies
- Clarify:
- Target audiences per brand
- Unique positioning and offers
- Customer journey between brands
- Prevent brand dilution while maximizing cross-brand synergy
2. Growth Strategy (Full Funnel)
- Own strategy across:
- Paid media (Meta, YouTube, Google, etc.)
- Organic/social content
- Email/SMS lifecycle marketing
- Funnel optimization (landing pages, conversion paths)
- Build a predictable lead to consult to client acquisition engine
3. Founder Brand Monetization & Scale
- Turn Dr. Doug & Dr. Ashley’s personal brands into:
- Consistent audience growth engines
- Lead generation channels
- Authority platforms that feed all business units
- Align content strategy with revenue goals (not just engagement)
- Create and direct workflow for Drs. Doug and Ashley speaking engagements
4. Data, Analytics & KPI Ownership
- Establish and track key metrics:
- CAC by channel & brand
- LTV by product/service line
- Funnel conversion rates
- ROI on marketing spend
- Build dashboards and reporting cadence for leadership
5. Offer & Campaign Development
- Collaborate with clinical and operations leaders to:
- Package new services
- Launch new offerings
- Test and iterate messaging
- Lead high-impact campaigns (product launches, promos, brand expansions)
6. Team Leadership & Structure
- Build and lead:
- Internal marketing teams for each entity (content, paid media, CRM, etc.)
- External partners (agencies, freelancers)
- Define roles, KPIs, and accountability systems
7. Technology & Systems
- Oversee marketing tech stack:
- CRM (lead tracking, attribution)
- Email/SMS platforms
- Analytics tools
- Ensure systems support scale and visibility
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
- 8–12+ years in marketing, with senior leadership experience
- Proven success scaling multi-brand or multi-offer businesses
- Experience in one or more:
- Health/wellness
- Direct-to-consumer
- E-commerce offerings
- Community and Membership based offerings
- High-ticket sales organizations
- Strong background in performance marketing AND brand building

Compensation & Structure
- Base Salary: $150K–$220K+
- Performance Bonus tied to: Revenue growth, CAC/LTV improvements
