Your impact

As Business Manager Africa – Production Print, you are responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion across your region. You will manage and develop a network of partners while ensuring strong commercial performance and long-term success.

Your expertise in Production Print and understanding of the African market enable you to identify opportunities, support partners, and position Ricoh as a market leader.

What will you do

Partner & Sales Management

  • Manage and develop Production Print partners across Africa
  • Drive sales performance, pipeline growth, and partner engagement
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements
  • Align regional execution with Ricoh’s global strategy

Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within Production Print
  • Expand Ricoh’s footprint in both existing and emerging markets
  • Support partners in winning strategic deals and customers

Forecasting & Performance

  • Build and manage accurate sales forecasts
  • Monitor performance against targets and KPIs
  • Analyze market developments and competitor activity

Market Expertise & Tenders

  • Lead and support tender processes in the region
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of the Production Print industry
  • Translate market insights into commercial actions

International Travel

  • Travel frequently across North, West, and Central Africa
  • Spend on average 1–2 weeks per month on business trips

Build strong relationships through on-site partner engagement

What will you bring

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Production Print industry (must-have)
  • Proven track record in international sales and partner management
  • Strong knowledge of and experience within the African market (must-have)
  • Experience with tender processes and complex sales cycles
  • Strong commercial skills including negotiation and pricing
  • Experience with forecasting and business planning
  • Fluent in English and French (both required)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Africa

  • Depending on experience a salary between €5000-€7000 monthly (based within Netherlands)
