To implement our ambitious plans, we are immediately seeking a Business Development Manager to strengthen our Commercial team with passion and dedication.


The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.


Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Expand market presence through market analysis, competitive insights, and customer needs assessment
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted commercial partner
  • Lead commercial negotiations, proposals, and contract discussions to close profitable deals
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, finance, and legal teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Contribute to customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling strategies
  • Track performance using KPIs and data-driven insights, reporting directly to senior leadership
  • Mentor junior colleagues and support a high-performance, collaborative team culture
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Sales, Marketing (MBA is a plus)
  • 3+ years' prior industry related business development experience
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies


What we offer


  • Salary range depending on experience between € 4.500,- and € 5.400,- gross monthly FT
  • 29 Holiday days on FT base
