Part-Time Business Development Manager – Talent Outsourcing (Commission Only)

Location: Fully Remote (Canada)

We are a growing talent outsourcing company headquartered in Cairo, Egypt. We connect skilled, English-speaking Egyptian professionals (software developers, IT specialists, customer support, BPO, and more) with companies in Canada and the United States.

Our goal is simple: deliver high-quality remote talent at competitive rates while creating excellent opportunities for talented Egyptians. We’re in expansion mode and looking for motivated part-time closers to help us grow our North American client base.


The Opportunity

This is a 100% commission-only, part-time role with uncapped earning potential. Perfect for experienced sales professionals, recruiters, or networkers looking for a flexible side income. You earn a clear flat fee for every successful hire you close — no base salary, just results-based rewards.


Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and outreach to Canadian and US companies that need remote/outsourced talent

• Use LinkedIn, cold email, and calls to book meetings and build pipeline

• Present our Egyptian talent pool and handle common outsourcing questions

• Manage deals from lead to signed contract and successful placement

• Log all activity in our CRM (training provided)

• Work 10–25 hours/week on your own schedule


What You Bring

• 2+ years of B2B sales, business development, or recruitment experience (cold outreach experience is essential)

• Comfortable hunting for new clients and closing deals independently

• Strong communication skills and professional presence

• Self-motivated with good time management for part-time work

• Basic understanding of the Canadian or US business environment

• Experience in staffing, IT outsourcing, or remote talent is a big plus


Compensation (Clear & Simple)

• CAD $500 - $1,000 per successful hire (higher fees for technical/IT/developer roles)

• Realistic monthly earnings for active part-timers: CAD $3,000 – $8,000+ once pipeline is rolling

• Paid within 7 days after 60-day placement guarantee period

• Volume bonuses available after consistent performance

You keep full control of your time and earnings.
