To support this transformation and achieve strategic goals, the company is seeking a:

Account Manager (m/f/x) – Region Rotterdam, The Hague, Amsterdam

Job Description

  • Build long-term relationships with architects, engineering firms, installers, and clients in your region.
  • Actively identify new prospects and projects in your area.
  • Collaborate with internal Sales Support to develop tailor-made total solutions that combine lighting, emergency lighting, lighting control systems, and services into an energy-efficient, aesthetic, and ergonomic package.
  • Convince customers of the added value of these solutions and close the deal. Stay involved through to delivery to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with your internal sales partner and management to provide excellent service throughout the customer journey.
  • Report on the progress of your projects to the sales team and participate in sales meetings, customer events, etc.

Profile

  • Bachelor-level education and experience or strong interest in project-based sales.
  • Strong customer focus; dynamic and highly results-oriented—you go the extra mile every day to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve your goals.
  • Building and maintaining relationships comes naturally to you.
  • Commercial mindset with a strong interest in technology; willing to learn the lighting business in detail.
  • Solid project follow-up skills, able to track the status of each project and clearly map out next steps.
  • Preferably living in the working region (Brabant, Limburg) to avoid unnecessary travel time.
