- Partner with clients to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Configure the IRMS Suite to support medical information workflows and compliance standards.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with product and implementation teams.
- Support validation, testing, and deployment activities to ensure successful rollouts.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on best practices in medical information management.
- Participate in client workshops and industry-facing engagements as needed.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS, enterprise software, or life sciences technology.
- Background in pharma/biotech solutions (Medical Affairs, Medical Information, or related systems strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to elicit and translate business requirements into effective system configurations.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance workflows (medical inquiries, adverse event reporting, etc.).
- Hands-on experience configuring enterprise systems or SaaS applications.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills, including the ability to lead discovery sessions.
- Proficiency with MS Office and documentation tools.
- Analytical mindset, detail orientation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to occasionally support weekend work if required by project timelines.
- Willingness to travel, including potential international travel, for client meetings and industry events.
