Are you analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about solving business problems through data and insights? We’re looking for a Business Analyst to support decision-making across the organization by turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams to optimize processes, measure performance, and drive strategic initiatives.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Analyze business processes, workflows, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions
- Develop dashboards and reports to track key business KPIs and trends
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning
- Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders and contribute to informed decision-making
- Support continuous process optimization and change management initiatives
- 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related analytical role
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Experience working with SQL or other data query languages is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus
- Based in Germany with the legal right to work full-time
