Role Overview
We are looking for PhD-level biologists to help improve AI systems by providing deep scientific insight into biological feasibility, pathogen behavior, and laboratory protocols. If you think rigorously, analyze complex biological systems with precision, and can interpret research critically, this role is for you.
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide scientific validation on biological concepts, feasibility, and experimental design
- Interpret and evaluate pathogen biology, molecular processes, and lab protocols
- Review and analyze primary research literature for accuracy and relevance
- Contribute domain expertise to train and refine AI systems in biological contexts
Who We Are Looking For
- PhD in biology, microbiology, virology, immunology, or a closely related field
- Strong understanding of biological systems, pathogen behavior, and lab methodologies
- Ability to critically evaluate and interpret scientific literature
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working independently
- Preferred: Experience with molecular biology techniques such as cloning, PCR, and cell culture, along with a strong publication record
Role Details
- Compensation: $105/hr, based on experience and location
