Chitra is seeking a Part-Time Baseline Assessment Memorandum (BAM) Subject Matter Expert (SME)/Trainer to support the Naval Sea Logistics Command (NAVSEALOGCEN). The selected candidate will provide expertise and training to strengthen BAM-related processes and program support activities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage PEO Program Support Data (PSD) sheets.
- Provide day-to-day support to NAVSEALOGCEN personnel in developing and strengthening the BAM team.
- Utilize the PARTS database to review, extract, and update PSD information.
- Develop BAM-related documentation, including Form 5, Form 8, Special Program Budget Initiative (SPBI), and other required forms.
- Support NAVSEALOGCEN in preparing and delivering BAM submissions and presentations to PEOs, NAVSEA 06, and OPNAV.
- Update and maintain BAM Variance and Baseline sheets as needed.
- Design and deliver BAM training for NAVSEALOGCEN personnel, including a train-the-trainer approach.
- Provide subject matter expertise on OPN, APN, and WPN funding.
- Compile and report metrics as required.
- Provide functional expertise in the effective use of the PARTS database.
- Support organizational data calls.
- Conduct policy research to support BAM initiatives.
Position Requirements:
- U.S. Citizen.
- Active Secret Security Clearance required.
- Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to effectively train others.
- Extensive experience with Baseline Assessment Memorandum (BAM) processes and requirements.
