B2B Marketing Manager – Switzerland

About the RoleWe are seeking a results-driven B2B Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives that drive demand, generate qualified leads, and support business growth in the Swiss and international markets.
In this role, you will develop and execute B2B marketing strategies, collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams, and manage campaigns across digital, events, and content channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across digital channels, email marketing, events, and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure alignment on target accounts, lead generation, and pipeline development.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and report on KPIs to optimize marketing ROI.
- Manage marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
- Develop compelling content and messaging for target audiences, including case studies, whitepapers, and webinars.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to inform strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, technology, or professional services.
- Proven experience in lead generation, demand generation, and account-based marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance metrics.
- Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English; German and/or French is a strong advantage.
- Experience working in Swiss or European markets preferred.
