Your role within the team
We are looking for an exceptional Associate Brand Manager to support our Adult Nutritional Care brands for our North America region. This role will assist in the development of our Swisse and Aurelia brands by supporting consumer and channel marketing initiatives and managing a portfolio of products. Reporting directly to the Senior Brand Manager, this individual will help bring brand strategies to life through cross-functional collaboration and strong project execution.
The ideal candidate is a passionate, curious, organized, and innovative self-starter with strong analytical skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to translate consumer insights into compelling brand and product positioning. This person thrives on bringing ideas to life and enjoys partnering with cross-functional teams and designers to develop brand communication that drives market share and delivers full-funnel activation. The role requires proven marketing capabilities and experience working in a fast-paced, operationally focused environment. Depending on capacity and priorities, this individual may also support Baby Nutritional Care initiatives as needed.
Duties and responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of brand strategies for the Swisse and Aurelia portfolios in North America.
- Assist in managing a portfolio of products across the full product lifecycle, from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
- Translate consumer insights and market trends into compelling brand and product positioning.
- Develop creative briefs and support the development of marketing campaigns across digital, e-commerce, and retail channels.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including design, digital, sales, product development, and global marketing to execute brand initiatives.
- Support integrated marketing programs across online channels (e-commerce/digital).
- Assist in coordinating new product development initiatives, including research, briefing, and launch planning.
- Analyze market, shipment, and POS data to track performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards and performance updates using tools such as PowerBI, Excel, and Euromonitor.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and consumer behavior to inform brand strategy and marketing decisions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with strategic objectives.
- Support additional projects and initiatives across the ANC and BNC portfolios as needed.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of brand management experience working within the CPG.
- Experience developing creative briefs and supporting new product development initiatives.
- Exposure to market research and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with both digital/e-commerce marketing and traditional retail/in-store marketing environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, PowerBI, and Euromonitor.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Ability to thrive in a remote, agile, and fast-moving environment with strong self-motivation and accountability.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and proofreading ability.
- Creative, curious, and adaptable mindset with openness to new ideas and stakeholder feedback.
- Passion for understanding and delivering on consumer needs and brand growth.
Local team members are required to be in office 3 days/ week. Non-local team members are required to travel ~10-15%. Our office is located in Orlando, FL.
