Role Description
This is a fully remote, commission-based Appointment Setter role.
You won't be cold calling strangers. You'll be following up with warm leads — brokers and team owners who already showed interest in what we do. Your job is to have real conversations, answer basic questions, and get the right people on a call with our CEO.
If you're someone who follows through, communicates clearly, and likes seeing a direct connection between your effort and your paycheck — this role is for you.

What We're Looking For
- You're comfortable picking up the phone and having a real conversation
- You follow up without being reminded
- You can work independently without someone watching over you
- You stay organized when you're juggling multiple leads at once
- Experience in real estate, sales, or marketing is a plus — but hunger matters more
- Familiarity with CRM tools is helpful, not required
Compensation
$25 per attended appointment. $50 bonus for every closed deal. Paid weekly.
No base. No cap.
