Position: AI Engineer
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $70 - $120/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10 40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize AI solutions using large language models and machine learning techniques.
- Develop and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real-world AI challenges.
- Evaluate model performance, identify issues, and implement improvements.
- Document workflows, experiments, and results with clarity and precision.
- Stay updated on advancements in AI and propose innovative approaches.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong experience in AI engineering and delivering AI-driven solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks.
- Deep understanding of large language models and deployment practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in remote, distributed environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and innovation.
