Position: Adobe Specialist (Photoshop)

Compensation: $21 - $70/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10 40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions on Adobe Photoshop, including AI-powered features.
- Develop tutorials, learning materials, and educational resources.
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated on Photoshop advancements and digital design trends.
- Collaborate with teams to tailor training to workflow needs.
- Conduct group and one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Foster a collaborative learning environment through clear communication.
Requirements
- Strong experience using Adobe Photoshop and its AI features.
- Strong skills in digital design and image manipulation.
- Experience in training, mentoring, or instructional roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible way.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
