2. About the Opportunity:

The Administrator – Customer Care is responsible for completing daily administrative tasks across assigned locations, ensuring service, productivity, and quality targets are met efficiently. This role supports sales operations and customer service efforts, maintains compliance and audit standards, and contributes to process improvements. The position plays a critical role in sustaining organized administrative processes that enhance overall operational effectiveness.


3. Responsibilities:

• Perform daily administrative functions according to established process maps

• Support Sales and Sales Management by updating reports, reconciling transactions, and assisting with customer service

• Respond to submissions in the Sales Portal within specified timeframes

• Complete branch audit and compliance steps accurately and on time

• Maintain organization of tasks across assigned branches

• Document and submit KPI data for process improvement

• Assist Customer Care Manager with employee development and training

• Research tax and freight claims and issue credit memos when appropriate

• Coordinate with Financial Services to resolve claims

• Add new customers to internal systems and run security reports, reporting discrepancies to management

• Perform basic accounting duties including light accounts receivable, payable, and invoice preparation

• Complete various branch reports such as tax and security reports


4. Requirements:

• High School Degree or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred

• Administrative experience

• Ability to multi-task

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Attention to detail


5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Compensation may vary based on geographic location, education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or collective bargaining agreements

• Eligible positions may include participation in bonus or sales incentive plans

• Certain sales roles may offer commission structures based on sales results
