What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Conduct administrative office coordination to ensure efficient team operations
  • Manage research, collection, analysis, and compilation of data for department reports
  • Maintain key team schedules for Utilization Management activities
  • Drive onboarding activities for new Medical Directors, including system access requests
  • Field internal and external inquiries, providing a high level of customer service

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 5 years of executive administrative support experience
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Proven ability to problem solve and make decisions

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Previous experience working with clinical teams at the employer
  • Associate's degree
