- Compose, edit, and proofread various documents, including reports, contracts, and public notifications
- Manage contract documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines
- Respond to public records requests and provide detailed information to citizens and staff
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
- Minimum of three years of responsible administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience in construction administration and project coordination procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent, supplemented by college-level coursework in public administration or communications
- Experience with SharePoint and project management software
- Familiarity with grant funding processes and public works projects
- Previous experience in a public agency or similar environment
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
