Account Manager Role (Remote)

We are looking for an Account Manager who is execution-focused, highly organized, and committed to getting the work done while collaborating closely with internal teams to exceed client expectations. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of deliverables, communicates proactively, and ensures projects move forward efficiently and effectively.

As an Account Manager, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients and a central connector across internal teams. You will help translate strategy into action by managing timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring high-quality execution. Success in this role means staying ahead of details, solving problems quickly, and driving consistent, reliable delivery that builds long-term client trust.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and maintain clear, consistent communication
  • Own project execution and ensure deliverables are completed on time and to standard
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to align priorities and keep work moving forward
  • Track timelines, tasks, and performance metrics to ensure accountability and results
  • Proactively identify risks or challenges and implement solutions
  • Support account growth by identifying opportunities to improve outcomes and add value
  • Provide clear updates and reporting to clients and internal stakeholders


Qualifications

  • Required: Previous agency experience in account management, client services, or a related role
  • Strong project management and execution skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Preferred: Experience in the healthcare industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
