Position Overview

We are looking for a high-impact Account Executive to lead Toka’s expansion across the Nordic region, with a focus on Sweden and Norway.

This is a unique role requiring a trusted insider profile - someone who understands the local government, intelligence, and national security ecosystem from within, and can translate that experience into meaningful commercial success.

The ideal candidate is a true “hunter” with strong patriotic drive, who has either worked within federal agencies, intelligence organizations, or closely alongside them, and is now leveraging that background to drive strategic sales.

This is not a standard sales role.

We are looking for someone who has been inside the system and knows how it really works.

Someone who understands national security, intelligence environments, and government decision-making not from the outside… but from experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and build Toka’s presence across the Nordic region and additional European countries
  • Open doors that others simply can’t
  • Drive and close complex, high-trust deals in intelligence and government environments
  • Operate independently in a market where credibility is everything
